Update - We are currently experiencing an issue affecting Notifications. Our team is actively investigating to identify the cause and restore normal service as quickly as possible. While initially impacting a small number of clients, the issue has now become more widespread.

Impact: Email notifications are intermittently failing to be sent for some client.

User Login
Resolved - An issue affecting User Login has been resolved. Our team has confirmed that the service is now fully operational and stable.
This was an intermittent user login error from 08:16 to 08:28. Users attempting to log into Synapse during that 12 minute period were potentially unable to login. All users that had logged in prior to that period were able to continue using the application as normal.
