We are aware of an ongoing issue affecting our third-party hosting infrastructure provider AWS (https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status). It is believed this is limited to its US region and we are observing minimal impact to Zinc Systems' applications. However we have recognised issues impacting SMS notifications and Zinc Support Team's ticketing system, Jira. We are now seeing an increase in successful SMS deliveries, meaning most of the impact has now been mitigated. Our third-party providers, AWS and Twilio, continue to clear their backlog requests; therefore, we will continue to monitor the situation closely in case of any further disruption.
